This is the SalePro demo site

Try the whole system before you buy it.

SalePro is point-of-sale, inventory and accounting software you install on your own server. This site exists for one reason: to let you log in and use it.

Two logins are set up below — one full administrator, one restricted staff account so you can see what a cashier actually sees. Nothing to install, no signup, no card.

What you'll be looking at

SalePro runs the counter and the back office in one application. Six things worth knowing before you log in.

Point of sale

Barcode scanning, retail and wholesale pricing, split payments, credit sales, instalments, discounts and thermal receipts.

Inventory

Variants, batches, expiry dates, IMEI and serial numbers, stock transfers and counts across as many warehouses as you need.

Accounting

Double-entry books that post from the sales and purchases themselves — chart of accounts, statements, balance sheet, profit and loss.

Restaurant & kitchen

Tables, waiters, dine-in, takeaway and delivery, a kitchen display screen and QR menu ordering. Part of the core system.

Selling online

A built-in storefront sharing the same catalogue and stock, plus a connector for a WooCommerce shop you already run.

Everything else

Purchasing, suppliers, HR and payroll, light manufacturing, repair jobs, projects, roles and permissions, and the reports on top.

Where to look first

A demo full of sample data is easy to get lost in. Four stops that show whether SalePro actually fits how you work.

  1. Ring up a sale

Open POS from the top bar. Add a few products, change a price, apply a discount, then take payment — try Multiple Payment to split it across cash and card. This is the screen your cashiers will live in, so judge it harder than anything else.

  2. Follow one product through the system

Go to Product, open any item, and look at its history. You'll see the purchase that brought it in, the sale that took it out, and any transfers between warehouses. If that trail makes sense to you, the inventory model will too.

  3. Check that the books moved

Open Accounting and look at the account statements and reports. The entries there were created by the sale you just made, not typed in separately. This is the part most POS scripts don't have.

  4. Log back in as staff

Sign out and use staff / staff. Menus disappear, costs and profit are hidden, and warehouse access narrows. Worth seeing before you decide who in your business gets which account.

About this demo

A few honest limits, so nothing here surprises you later.

The data is shared
Everyone testing SalePro uses the same environment. Records get added, edited and cleared, so treat the numbers as scenery rather than a real business.
Some actions are switched off
Settings that would break the demo for the next visitor are restricted. Everything is available in your own installation.
Payments run in test mode
Gateways are wired up to demonstrate the flow. Live keys, provider accounts and their fees are yours to arrange.
Hardware needs the real thing
Barcode scanners, thermal printers, cash drawers and weighing scales can't be judged from a browser demo. Test them on an install.
You host it yourself
SalePro is a Laravel application you run on your own server with full source code. It isn't a subscription, and there's no account here to create.
Arabic and RTL are included
Switch language from inside the demo to see the right-to-left layout. 18+ languages ship with the system.
